A card only enters your Yoto library once it has been played on a player at least once. A new card still in the drawer is invisible until its first tap. Tap it on a player, then revisit and the app will pick it up on the next sync.

It's a one way push. When you sync a bundle, the app creates or updates a native Yoto Group with the bundle's name, cards, and order, and it appears in the official Yoto app for the whole family. Edits you make here (renaming, reordering, adding cards) reach the Yoto app the next time you press the sync button. Edits made directly to the group inside the Yoto app get overwritten on the next push.

Yoto allows a maximum of 20 native Groups per family. Pushing beyond that fails with Yoto's group limit error. Bundles themselves are unlimited; the cap only applies to ones you sync.

MYO is a Make Your Own card: content someone created rather than an official Yoto release. The app detects this automatically from Yoto's data, tags the card, and lets you filter the library to MYO only.

It's a label, nothing more. The card gets a quiet amber treatment everywhere it appears so you remember the physical card is lost, but it still counts, still syncs, and still behaves exactly the same. Found it? Open the card and press the button to unmark it.

No. A card is a physical object, so it lives in exactly one bundle. Assigning an already bundled card moves it, like taking it off one ring and clipping it onto another, and the app tells you when that happens.

Automatically every time you visit (at most once every 10 minutes), plus a daily background sync. New arrivals show up in a banner, and if you've set up rules they get filed into the right bundle before you even open the app.

You sign in on Yoto's own site, so we never see your password. Through the official Yoto API the app reads your card library and manages only the groups you ask it to sync. You can revoke access anytime from your Yoto account, and while signed in you can erase everything this app stores about you with the Delete my data button at the bottom of this page.
